New Countries
Company updates for a couple of new exchanges have been added, including Euronext and the Singapore Exchange. Countries/exchanges now under coverage:
- US
- Canada
- Australia
- London
- Hong Kong
- Singapore
- Euronext
The plan is to keep adding new countries over time. Let me know if you have any exchange/country requests as that can help move them up the priority list.
E-mail Ads
When CCT first started notifying people about company news, its e-mail sending requirements were free and easy. But CCT now sends thousands of e-mails per day to stock followers like you. To make that financially feasible, CCT now includes ads in these e-mails. Nobody likes receiving ads, me included! But there have been minimal complains about it so far, and I appreciate that. These ads pay on a per click basis so I also appreciate how some of you support the site by visiting the sponsors every now and then!
There is also an option embedded above each e-mailed ad that offers you the chance to support the site yourself, in return for seeing no ads. I thank those of you that have gone that route!
Notes
There is now a "notes" feature for each stock in your CCT portfolio. I have found myself forgetting why I follow a stock on CCT. Sometimes I'm waiting/hoping for a specific event, like a management change or a plant completion or a cost-savings program to show results. Using the notes feature I can save some of the reasons I'm following the stock, or some of the key things I'm looking for from the company, so that in the future I'm easily reminded of why I'm following a stock and what I'm looking for before delving more deeply into the company.
