Antonio Martinez built a company that was somewhat acquired by both Facebook and Twitter at the same time (you'll have to read the book to understand). In Chaos Monkeys: Obscene Fortune and Random Failure in Silicon Valley, he talks about his journey and the challenges he faced while subsequently working at those firms.
The reader gets to know a little inside info as to what life at Facebook is like, in particular. Martinez did not work closely with Zuckerburg, but did manage products that Facebook once considered important to its future.
The first two-thirds of the book is about life managing a start-up. Entrepreneurs would probably do well to focus on this part, as there are a lot of lessons in the book from a guy who literally took a company from zero to a successful sale.
If you're into starting tech businesses or you're interested in learning more about Facebook and Twitter from a former employee's perspective, Chaos Monkeys: Obscene Fortune and Random Failure in Silicon Valley is for you.
