Hey Saj,

Since you like Newspaper companies with good local papers, what do you think of Glacier Media (GVC). Like Torstar, stock has been killed? Have you taken A look at this own? Glacier is all local newspapers.

Hi Saj,

What is the difference between the shares quoted on Seeking Alpha's link, which I also found on Google Finance under TORSTAR CORP CL-B CD, (OTCMKTS:TORSF) and those traded on the TSE (Torstar Corporation, TSE:TS.B)?

Are the TSE shares (TSE:TS.B - in Google Finance) the same as those analyzed in your article?

Great analysis by the way.

Hi Brian,

It's been a while since I looked at it; I'll check it out soon.

Hi BF,

Yeah TS.B is the same thing, and the one I actually own. Seeking Alpha likes to change everything to tickers that trade in the US, so they selected the OTC equivalent, TORSF.

Hi Brian,

It looks cheap, but because management has plowed so much money into purchases and investments, I have a hard time getting comfortable with it. If these investments pan out, Glacier is probably very cheap. If they don't, it's probably not. Too hard for me to understand.
